Customer Privacy Statement for Revolutionise IT New Zealand Limited –
trading as “Rev IT” and “AnyMac”

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
• name
• contact information
• computer or network information
• interactions with us
• billing or payment method

We collect your personal information in order to:
• bill you for our services
• better provide you with the services you request
• monitor any enrolled computers to provide alerts, reporting and personal support

We keep your information safe by storing any payment card details only at a PCI-accredited provider, and by only allowing authorised staff to access any data we store about you.

Information about your payment/billing method is deleted as soon as you cancel your services with us, or as soon as you ask us to delete it and switch to an alternate payment method. Other information about your account will be deleted no later than two years after your final invoice from us, or sooner if requested.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
